School Feedback

[West End in Schools] came in to our school and delivered a brilliant programme on ‘Where The Wild Things Are.’ It was differentiated for all ages, and the children, from EYFS to Year 6, were actively engaged in the storytelling. Each class has used it as inspiration for pieces of writing, which have been some of the best produced all year. There introductory assembly and sharing session were a great way to inspire the children and then celebrate the work they had done that day. Thank you!

I’m so pleased that we booked sessions with you as the office team were very professional and helpful and our facilitator was incredibly engaging and had the children hooked from the moment they walked in! She was obviously very familiar with the Roald Dahl texts and her knowledge and enthusiastic approach really brought the characters and stories to life. Great drama games and there were lots of happy, smiley children after the sessions! Highly recommended and we will be in contact to book repeat sessions! Thank you so much!

What a fantastic event, with such fabulous performers! All of the children from Nursery to Y6 were engaged (including some of more challenging children with specific needs), every child’s face was overcome with joy and the hall was filled with laughter. Everything was set up and then taken down so smoothly and quickly and a real theatre ambience was created in our little hall. The children (and adults) loved every second and we will 100% be booking these guys again. For an amazing Christmas treat get them in to your school for a hassle free yet authentic pantomime experience!

[West End in Schools] worked wonders with the children, producing a creative, coherent play, involving six classes and over 150 pupils, in just one day! It was fantastic to see the pupils growing in confidence within the 30-minute workshops and all being able to stand up, with conviction, to perform their lines in the end of day performance. The children certainly have a good understanding of a Midsummer Night’s Dream because of this - a great introduction to Shakespeare. Thank you!

"We have had an amazing day! The lady who delivered the learning engaged the children from the word go. She had the children captivated with her storytelling abilities. The sessions were well delivered and were wonderfully pitched to all age groups within our school. The children have gained a thorough understanding of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the experiences given to the children have started our World Book Week off to an amazing start. Thank You."

"The children were immersed in the story and fully understood the main character's feelings and the events that took place during the story. They enjoyed moving/enacting to the music rather than sitting down!"
