Embrace the panto spirit with dance workshops based on Aladdin or Cinderella
Our Pantomime Dance Workshop offers a perfect festive celebration of movement and storytelling, as the children create the magic of panto and explore a traditional panto tale in your primary school through dance.
Delivered in your school hall, the children work alongside a West End dancer-choreographer to retell your choice out of Aladdin or Cinderella. Every class workshop can be based on the same title or each class can make their own choice in advance.
The workshop features original music by the composer of our hugely popular West End in Schools pantomimes and is chock-full of storytelling, classic panto tricks and ‘it’s behind you’ humour… Oh yes it is!
Each session concludes with a performance moment when the children perform the dance to their teacher, who is welcome to film the final dance to share with parents if you wish.

- We work with individual classes for sessions of between 35 and 50 minutes.
- We can work with up to seven classes per day.
- To work with fewer classes we can visit for just an afternoon or morning session.
- To work with more than seven classes we can visit across multiple days.
- We will send you a suggested timetable when you enquire and we can work with you to create a timetable that works for your school day.
- To explore a classic pantomime tale while learning about and celebrating our most beloved panto traditions.
- To collaborate with classmates by creating a shared retelling of the story.
- To develop creative ownership and the imagination by working alongside a professional dancer-choreographer.
- To have a fun-filled, festive time!
